Um. I wouldn't refuse for my children. I do refuse to buy for my nieces and nephews...they're a bunch of entitled, bratty jerks, so I stopped buying them gifts.

I guess it depends on the child we're talking about. I'd never not buy Christmas gifts for my own children, but little Max down the street might be a different story

Yes. If the kid is an asshole, I would not spend my money on them.
