No, there's nothing to suggest that he is in any way unable to hear the case. Although, I read that Trump is settling to avoid further fraud charges.

Well, Trump and his minions keep saying he's not racist or against Mexicans, so why should it matter, right? His ethnicity shouldn't make a difference then!

He's not Mexican. He's an American citizen of Mexican descent. And no, he should not step away from the case.

Judge Curiel is not Mexican.  Unless you want to call Trump German, or something.  SMDH.
