Freedom of Speech? No. Freedom of Religion? No. Freedom of being Racist? Yes!

They need to just rewrite the Bill of Rights. Actually they need to just burn it because it's all a lie. People can say "Its 2016 racism doesn't exist." When in reality it's existed all along it just got swept under a rug until now. Since Trump has been elected I've seen racist acts being done openly, white people picking fights with black people in the store parking lot and harassing Muslims in the grocery line for no reason. Freedom of Religion needs to be crossed out, no one that is Muslim in this country have the right to practice their religion..Every news story shows Muslims being beat up or their place of prayer getting burned down. Freedom of Speech needs to be crossed off because even on Social Media celebrities get threats just by posting what's on their minds, if someone doesn't agree they'll send death threats to that celebrity. Freedom of being Racist needs to be a the top of the list because even if you call the Police they're not going to care.

Oh come on! I'm upset about the election and about rampant hate crimes being performed (and those actions are assault!) but in no way has freedom of speech been infringed upon by someone getting chewed up by internet trolls on social media!

It's time for you to at least pretend to be an adult and stop being so histrionic.

The freedom of speech clause only means that the government can not quell your speech fully.  People are free to say whatever they wish within  the limits of the law, you can't scream fire in a theater or bomb in an airport, but they also get to deal with the repercussions of their speech.

A celebrity if free to tweet whatever they wish, others are free to tweet back.  If anyone in this situation feels legitimately threatened there are laws in place for that and they should pursue it on a personally.

Vandalism is not free speech that's breaking the law. Don't confuse vandalism and free speech they aren't any where the same things. And it should be handle by the laws where it's happening.

Physical assault is not free speech.  That is illegal bodily harm, don't confuse the two. Physical assaults should be handled by the  laws where it's happening.

If you advocate or even think for a moment that taking away everyones rights to try and silence a few you are misguided and need to re-think. Such changes do not just effect the people who you feel need to shut up, it effects ALL of us in the end. And we all get to live with the results.
