How do I know if I am dehydrated to the point of needing to go to the hospital for fluids? I have been vomitting a lot.

Lay down and have someone take your pulse rate.  Sit up quickly and have them take it again.  If your heart rate increases but a lot, you may be dehydrated.  Have you tried sipping water?  I mean sipping, sipping.  Tiny drinks so your stomach doesn't get overloaded

If you're not urinating much, probably so. But, if you have been vomiting that much, you are probably already fairly dehydrated.

Dizziness, leg cramps, mouth feels like cotton, if the insides of your cheeks are white, if you pull your bottom eyelid down and it's white, feeling confused, heart rate elevated.
