I went to go to the bathroom. When I came out of the bathroom. My child who is a boy that is 5 started to put polish on TV and entertainment center. Any ideas of to get it off and what to do with my son.

Teach him to behave. Five years old is way to old for stuff like that.

Stop leaving your stuff out and Teach him to behave.

At 5, he should know better.

I have no idea about the nail polish. Try looking it up online or on Pinterest

I would spank his little butt. And not a couple little pops, no an actual spanking.

But I'll get told that's awful, and abusive so I'm gonna say you should count to three, and wag your finger at him.

As for cleaning it up I have no idea.

Woah. A five year old is too old to be doing that. What have you done or said to him since discovering his shenanigans?

Damn... I'd whoop that ass! And maybe let it dry and try peeling it off.

Is the tv stand wood? Is it finished with stain? The tv I'd put some nail polish remover on a rag and wipe gently

More than likely some of the finish will come off. My dd did this on my moms new wooden side table in living room. She was 6. She has no nail polish at all and she is 11 now. She spilled paint in her carpet last year and tried to cut it out. She also painted a pencil box she did get a spanking when she was 6. Don't care what other people say. This time around she lost all nail polish indefinitely and no iPad for a week. And she had to help clean it out of carpet.
