My brother doesn't think my dad should celebrate Christmas with us because they do not celebrate Christmas.

Ha!

He lives with my dad.

He doesn't think my dad should put up a tree or get gifts for my kids because my brother doesn't celebrate and he doesn't want his daughter seeing my kids get gifts.

What world does he come from!

If he doesn't like it he can leave.  It's not his house.  What makes him think he can do that?

If your dad wants to celebrate Christmas he can.

If your brother does not want his daughter seeing your kids get gifts then he can take his daughter somewhere else on Christmas.

If your brother objects so much, he can always find his own place to live.
