I got my Depo (been on it for 5 years) on Dec 17th. Had surgery on the 18th, and was given 2 rounds of antibiotics for precaution. Do I need another Depo shot?

Call a doctor or pharmacist. I got pregnant on birth control because nobody thought to mention it when I pick them both up at the same time. Better to check than have an oops.

I'm not sure about the depo shot. I got pregnant while on birth control pills while taking antibiotics. Call the doctor to find out.

There's actually only a select few antibiotic/birth control interactions that have actually been proven. It doesn't hurt to use a backup method to error on the side of caution, but I doubt your practitioner will sign off on you getting Depo early.
