Would they admit you if you're throwing up a bunch and they can't find a cause or if you're in pain and they can't find a cause?

They could if you're dehydrated and in pain.

Only the ER doctors can answer that question, because THEY are the ones who will have the exam and tests results, not a bunch of strangers on a message board.

It depends.  If they are able to hydrate you and stop the vomiting, and your vitals are stable, then you'll be discharged and told to schedule a follow up appt with you doctor.

Actually people who have experience can answer it for me or give me their best thought. So thank you for your useless input.

If that's just done through an iv wouldn't they just keep you in the er for a while and eventually let you go after a few hours of rehydration

Maybe... it would depend on how much you're throwing up and if you're dehydrated... and how much pain you're in and if it can be managed with pills or not.
