Appropriate for DH to say?

A friend of DH's recently broke up with his long term GF because she doesn't like to have sex as much as him.

Friend says, its okay though I am having sex with lots of hot women now. DH says, Right on, im envious.

And obviously this hurts my feelings for a few reasons. One there is a past cheating issue. 2, it feels insuting to me, like im not good enough, and 3, I think its disrespectful to our relationship to say things like that to someone.

I know not everyone thinks like me and I was curious to your feelings. I haven't said anything, just sat here with it pounding around in my head all day. ANd if it did bother you, would you say anything?

It is insulting. Move on. Tell him he doesn't need to be envious anymore- just lonely.

I would be pissed.....and probably would be moving him to the sofa until he was more appreciative of what he had.

Wouldn't be okay to me if I heard him say it. I would ask him why he was envious.

I would have called him out on it immediately.  What a dick thing to say in front of his wife!

Tell him your reasons why you don't like it when he says stuff like that.
I'd also tell him that if he wanted to fuck a bunch of women and be single then that can be arranged.
