Made these as an appetizer to stuffed shells with a bolognese sauce. DH loved them! What's on your plate?

Nothing yet. I'm about to make chicken strips and fries though.

I'm making broccoli chicken mac and cheese for dinner. Broccoli, shredded chicken, and homemade 3 ingredient mac and cheese.

I really like stuffed mushrooms. We'll have to make that when we make the salmon filets we have in the freezer.

What are they stuffed with?

We're heading out in a few minutes to a bonfire. We will probably just pick up some take out on the way back home.

I like them stuffed with bacon and white cheddar.. then topped with a white cheddar sauce...  Longhorn Steakhouse does them like this too. My absolute favorite way to stuff them..  Crab is good too though..   Tonight is salad and baked Penne pasta with italian sausge and ground beef and mushrooms, and lots of cheese!  Garlic bread too.

I stuffed them with sautéed bacon, garlic, onion, and minced mushroom stems.

Used 4 oz of cream cheese, 4 oz ricotta, mixed in 1/2 egg, 1/8 cayenne pepper, 1/2 tspn salt, 1/8 pepper, 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese.

Drizzled melted butter on the outside and sprinkled Parmesan. Same with the inside.

Cooked at 350 for 15, topped with shredded mozz for 5 min under the broiler.
