Anyone actually chooses to have only 2 kids?  Or is it usually only because you couldn't get pg with the 3rd, or you got divorced etc?

I actively chose to have only 1 (and he's in his 20's). So to me it's completely plausible that someone could actively choose to just have 2.

Sure, I think a lot of people have a set amount of kids they want to have.
