With any changes or resolutions they made for the New Year?

I chose to focus on losing weight. So far, so good. I'm down 7.8 lbs. in a little less than 2 weeks.

i've been good about exercising daily. the more you do it the easier it is. it kind of becomes routine.

Increasing activity is my next step. I'm giving myself time to adjust to the change in diet.

Good job getting in exercise daily. It's easy to avoid if you get busy.

It doesn't have a good idea of what you eat and you have to try it.

Eh, somewhat discouraged about my spring goals. Things are not going as I plan. I jinxed myself. :(

I can now run a mile in 13:30 and not feel like I am dying. Working my way to finishing a 5k in under 40 mins
