They make their relatonship official Dec 7th, a week after we break up and they get engaged yesterday, Jan 17th.

I'm not as stupid as he thinks and I'm sitting here thinking I dodged a bullet.

Unfortunately, my kids wanted to come home today, but his week is only half over.

I dunno. I know a few idiots who married very quickly after meeting someone.

How cruel to do that to the kids. He could let them process the breakup first.

My mom said the same thing.  They are 2 1/2 and 5 though so I don't know how long it takes for kids that young to process something like that. My parents think he is being selfish and not thinking about them at all but I think he is just desperate and thinking with his dick.  He is scared to be alone and needs a live in babysitter.

This sounds like my ex. We broke up early 2015. He's had 5 gfs and been engaged once since then, he just got with the 5th one

That actually sounds exactly like her.  I'm like hello dumb ass, look at her history, what makes you think it would work out.  Of course he remembers nothing of what she used to tell us about herself and acts like I'm trying to make her look bad.  Nope she is doing a great job of dong that herself.

Exs seem to move on really fast, forgetting who is hurt in the process.
