How the heck do you stay warm? My boss wears skirts every day, even in below freezing weather. I don't want to ask her how she stays warm because she's kind of a bitch and I try my hardest not to talk to her. It's 35° today and I'm freezing in my work pants with jeans underneath them.

I wear thermals under my dresses but my dresses are down to my ankles.

Thermal slip, thick stockings, boots, long coat. I know a lot of ladies wear long fur coats which is even warmer.

My friends that do have them to their ankles. It doesn't bother them.

Wondering though, how the heck do you have jeans and work pants on?

I wear panty hose or stockings. I'm not outside for long when I walk to my office so it's not that bad.

I do because I'm super short and dresses are easier than hemming pants for work. Fleece lined leggings are AWESOME!

I don't wear skirts every day, but if its a nice sunny 32 degree day I will. For winter, the skirts are heavy fabric like wool or flannel and I wear fleece lined leggings with them. And usually tall riding boots. Also, I have a space heater in my office if I'm cold.

I wear maxi skirts year round. I am always warm because I work in a heated building. And as the boss, I control the temperature.

I don't wear skirts or dresses all the time but I do a lot for work. In the winter I wear leggings or tights under them, often with tall boots. Only 3-4 inches of "leg" shows between my skirt and shoes. It's actually usually warmer than pants in my opinion.
