Do you think a vindictive former boss would try to get me fired?

I don't see how you can get fired for simply updating your profile? I update my resume when I get new jobs. Nothing has ever come of it.

I can't imagine anyone caring that much about a former employee, but I guess it's possible. Anything is possible. But it's highly unlikely they could be successful at it. What possible ammo could they get on you at your new place of employment. Sounds just pathetic on their part.

What'd you do to lose that job?

I kind of left without notice after two months, two weeks prior I yelled at the supervisor for treating me like a child. I did apologize for that.

You must have done something very personal to her if she would do that. Why would you even think that way?

I've been in management and I have never followed a former employee on LinkedIn.
