That's a tough question. Love is really important, but people can't live on it. Having money provides opportunities for a wide scope of experiences, as well as security, which is also vital. I would say the rich parents, since people can find other people to care about them, but you can't expect other people to pay your way through your life.

I grew up extremely wealthy with a father who didn't care about us. Nanny, cook, everything. Oh the trouble we caused. The things that took place inside those walls, hidden in those walls, was ridiculous. I'd rather have a parent who cared.
