What the hell is this on my skin? I'm freaking out :(

This started as a red itchy bump about a week ago. I thought it was a bug bite.... it's on my butt cheek :(.

It looks like a bite that got infected. You are going to need antibiotics for that.

It's not draining pus or anything like that? Could it still be an infection?

I clicked and said to myself, it cannot be worse then Blue Waffle...and it's not. it looks infected but nothing a little peroxide can take care of.

it's hard to tell, but it definitely looks infected. try putting your fingernail in the picture to help get the auto focus to work.
