weird sleep schedule

I lay down around 9-ish, am asleep between 9:30-10... i go to bed, exhausted.

At 11, I wake up again... though today, I was drifting between awake and asleep until midnight.

I'll be up until about 4:30- doesn't matter if I lay in bed the entire time or do something.

How can I stop myself from waking up in the middle of the night?

*if i push myself to stay up, I'll go from exhausted to being fine/unable to fall asleep until 4:30.
