Are 3 weeks late for your period, nauseous and extrememly fatigued.. but have taken 10 pregnancy test and all are negative.guess I'm just going to chalk it up to stress and be the next "I didn't know I was pregnant"..

Get the doctor to do a blood test. A friend of mine had to have an ultrasound before they were able to confirm her pregnancy. She got negative tests right up to her last trimester.

I don't trust negative pregnancy tests, only positives.

Maybe you ovulated later than normal and it's to early for the tests to detect.

I tested negative when I was that far along. I think you should go to the doctor and ask for a blood test.

That's odd. I would do as others have suggested. I would see my doctor. If you aren't pregnant then something else is wrong.

I'd still go to the dr and have a blood test to rule out pregnancy.  If it's negative via blood test then I'd see about getting other bloodwork done to rule out hormonal imbalance or something like that which could cause the symptoms and lack of menstrual cycle.
