I am looking for the name of either a singer or cassette tape from the late 80s/early 90s. It was children's songs sang by a man. I don't remember the names of the songs. I know there were fast, upbeat songs and some songs that were kind of somber, sad. I have been googling, but I can't come up with anything. What singers do you remember from that time period? This is driving me crazy.

Just to add...I don't believe the songs were typical kids songs like row row row your boat and such. They were different.

EDIT: So it's not wee sing. Raffi sounds like him, but I don't recognize any of his songs. I also found a guy named Joe Wise, but he doesn't sound quite like him.

EDIT #2 : Thank you to Anon 3. I figured it out. (it's Bob Schneider and the rainbow kids Just friends album) Thank you to everyone for your guesses!

I'm actually listening to him on youtube to see if it's him, but I don't believe so.

My little brother had a Tom T. Hall tape when he was a kid. It had silly songs and such on it. It had a song about little baby ducks, old pick up trucks.. the song was called "I Love" I think.
