re: trying on clothes

So I guess I am odd woman out being that I wouldnt buy a bra with out first trying it on.

So that leads me to another question....

Do you try on clothing before purchasing?

(bras excluded because we already know from the other post that many do not try those on)

Again, I can not imagine buying something with out trying it on first.  Each manufacture is so different.  I can fit into a 4 in one brand and be a 6 in another brand.  Plus the cut of some arms do not allow for easy movement.... a pet peeve of mine.

That's why they have size charts.

I can understand that.... but isnt it a bigger pain in the butt to return items?

I try everything, except panties, on before buying.

I shop online for clothes all the time but I usually go to retailers that I know so I already know the fit of the clothes.

I have never seen a size chart in a store.  Only on line.  And I dont like to buy on line because I cant try it on.

I always try on, especially bras. I couldn't imagine buying one without.

So are you always buying the same style clothing?
