Ex was charged with class d felony possession of meth or cocaine. Cort docket says he has a motion hearing tomorrow. He has a long list of misdemeanor charges but this is his only felony. State of Arkansas. Just curious what is a motion hearing? Will he go to prison or do jail time?

Someone just filed a motion, he needs to plea out or be convicted to be sentenced. A motion can be for any number of things.
