If the kid is still in hs, yes, I think cs should still be paid.

Would he no longer support the child if he and the mother had stayed together and the child was 18 and in the 10th grade?

Since still in HS I could see it happening. Past 21 graduated or not hell no.

Depends on your cs order. Does it state until 18 or until finsh high school? If the parent paying cs signed the cs order knowing that then to bad you pay. Your kid 18 and in the 10th grade you both need to get your shit together and get them help.
