THERE WAS A "POP!" DURING SEX! (PREGNANT) HELP?!

So, I posted about this earlier.

*warning: may be gross!

Last night,
fiance and I were having sex when I felt a POP feeling before some warm liquid.
I assumed the liquid was my cum,
Cuz I've always gotten quite..
wet...
It left a hand sized wet spot,
but had NO odor.
Well,
After we finished I noticed a chunk of my mucus plug had come out,
And there was a tiny bit of blood.
My belly felt softer than usual,
But I felt fine.
In the morning,
Called my OB.
She said he probably just irritated my cervix and I was fine.
But,
That still doesn't explain the "POP!"
I asked fiance about it this morning,
He even said he felt it!!
What could cause that?
Baby hasn't moved much today and I'm freaking out so hard!!!
I know the dr said I'm fine,
but I can't help thinking the worst..
I've had some tightening in my belly through out the day today,
Probably Braxton Hicks.
And some sharp random lower back pains.
But besides that,
Everything seems normal.
I just don't feel right,
Something is off and feels wrong.
I can't explain it,
but my mommy instincts are going crazy!!
I wanted to go to the dr just to put myself at ease,
But fiance said that's stupid and a waste of time because I'm fine and they'll just send me home..
):
Please,
No trolling or hateful comments.
I've lost 2 babies this past year,
So I always worry a lot.
Oh yeah,
And I'm 37 weeks now.
Tia ladies ):

go to the er and say the baby isn't moving so they give you an ultrasound
