Live on a college campus during spring break?

My daughter was picked as one of 4 kids (2 boys 2 girls) out of 600 to participate in a spring break program at a college campus about an hour away.

They do something called "town" where they will develop their own town, government, laws, currency, etc. And they will live love this way for a week. With 96other kids from all over.

Most of the kids will be 17, but mine will still be 16. Would you let her go?

Yes. I let my dd do something similar for three days in the summer so I don't see why she couldn't do that.
