6 days a week. Water aerobics, weights, treadmill, yoga.

I use my treadmill for an hour every day and do strength training 4 days per week.

I walk for 30-60 mins five times a week. Sometimes I will ride my inside bike for 20-30 mins if I don't go walking. When it's nice out. I will ride my bike for 45mins and/or walk for 30-60 mins.

5-6 days a week. Jogging. I'm going to start strength soon I think. I have a treadmill I use when the kiddos go to bed. Will start jogging outside once all the snow is gone.

it used to be 6 days a week (Muay Thai) but I did that for 2 years and then my period went away (Amenorrhea). I had to dial it back to 3 days a week, put on 5lbs and now things are back to normal.  I'm currently working my way up to working out 6 days a week again but 2 of those days are strength training so not as intense as muay thai.

I walk for 40-60 minutes on the treadmill 4 or 5 days weekly depending on how busy I am and am looking at starting weight training.

I do yoga or barre 2-3 times a week and a class the combines cardio and weights 3-4 times a week. Yoga is my least favorite because of all the down dog lol.

What do you do for strength training? I'm very lazy about planning my own exercise regimen at this point in my life. I just show up at classes and do what I'm told!!

I run 3 days a week (2 speed workouts, 1 long run anywhere from 6-16 miles), 1 BodyPump class and 1 hot yoga class. I usually take Monday and Friday off.

My husband enjoys bike riding. It's not really my thing.
