How to remove bong resin from a tub

We are cleaning out a rental for my parents and there's this black tar like stuff that's stuck to the tub. It doesn't come off when bleach or any bathroom cleaning products.

Dh says he thinks it's marijuana resin from a bong or something because there's other stuff around the house that points to marijuana use from the old tenants.

Any ideas on how to get it off??

What are you shaking your head at? Lol if at the old tenants then yeah I'm shaking my head too because I know my parents don't allow smoking in their houses

Go to the Dollar Tree. Buy "the works" bathroom cleaner. Use this along with a magic eraser. Wear gloves. I worked in a hotel and that technique took nail polish and orange spray tans out of tubs. Good luck.

Vegetable oil. Scrub the hell of of it with a little bit of oil, then go back over it with rubbing alcohol.
