What time would you think this means?

We are looking at rental homes. I emailed a lady and she texted me and that's our conversation.

My husband and I got to the house and waited until 5:20 and she never showed up. I didn't bother to call because it's rude to flake out like that. She should have called or texted me. Hell its now 6 pm and she still hasn't bothered to contact me.

The house itself wasn't all that great from the outside so I'm not disappointed just irritated that she didn't bother to take the time to show up or at least tell me she wasn't going to show up.

She wasn't worth my time, we apparently weren't worth hers.

Quoting Johnsmom5892: I would have called her.

I had an appointment set up to look at a house to rent one time and the guy also did not show up. I called and left a text, eventually he got back to me saying he had an emergency. I stopped by the rental place to pick something up and there the guy was, having other people sign for the house we were supposed to be looking at. I chose someone else to rent through.

Duh I misread.

At 5pm. It's pretty clear...She's an asshole.

She could have had an emergency. You were already there, you could have called her one last time

I would have called her if she didn't show up. Maybe she forgot.

Some realtors get caught up with paperwork or another client. I would've said, "We're here at the house." and waited for a reply.
