he doesn't know what he is feeling at most times, let alone how to express his feelings. I know sometimes he feels anxiety, sometimes happiness and sometimes anger but it is hard for him to identify his feelings sometimes he says. He also told me he doesn't really think about anything most of the time, like his mind is totally blank but he just runs on autopilot. That is the opposite of me, my mind won't stop but I wish it would, lol. Anyway, has anyone ever heard of this?

Sounds like pretty typical differences between men and women (within a spectrum of course.)  Women tend to be more emotional, and men less so.  Your husband sounds normal to me.
