Would you be upset with this mom?

The past week another mother has picked up my daughter for 6 AM sports practice. I never told my daughter she needed a ride, I was awake and perfectly capable of driving her. But the girls wanted to ride together. Today the other mother picked her up for a track meet… Again I'm perfectly able to drive her but the girls wanted to ride together.

We are not hugely out of her way, but there really is no reason my daughter needs a ride.

I have on occasion driven the other girl home which is out of our way, but I didn't mind. So it isn't completely one sided.

Would you be upset if you found out you were giving girl a ride early in the morning you didn't really need a ride?

So you are pissy that someone is being nice so you don't have to leave the house super early?  If you are so upset by it then tell your daughter that you will bring her to practice.  Your child probably asked for a ride in the first place

That's a dumb thing to be upset over. Be happy you don't have to leave your house and your kid is happy.

No. If it was an issue, I wouldn't continue doing it.

No, I don't think I'd even put that much thought into it.

No I wouldn't care. If I cared, I would have said I couldn't do it.

No.

Have you gone out and thanked her? Offered to take a few days?
