"but your kid does it too!"

Lord. Oh lord. My neighbor was told she got a noise complaint about her kid running the hallways (in her apartment). It came from me. If someone is running the hallways you heard it. Any screaming you hear it. It's apartment life I suppose.
I complained because from 12am-3/4am her child is seriously doing nothing but running the hallway. At 7-10 min increments.
Now it's really quiet in my house after 10pm so it is really noticeable.
She knows it was me because I'm the only neighbor next to her.
I was getting mail and so was she. She said " you have the nerve to complain about my child running but your child does it too!!" I just looked at her and said that the difference is that it's 3pm not 3am and my child isn't doing it all day long for long periods at a time.
She's moving in a couple months and I can't wait.

Lol It's funny when people are CLUELESS to the difference between AM and PM. I'd call and complain about 3am running too.

Yeah, there is a big difference between 3 AM and 3 PM. I don't blame you

That's what crap you deal with when you live in an apartment. I would be the one moving.

No. I haven't had much issues till she moved in. No 2yr needs to be awake running the halls at that hour

I'm so glad I moved when I was pregnant, lol. We'd be kicked out in a week with how loud DS is. I'd have reported her too. Her kid should be sleeping at 3 a.m. I'd tell her that.
