I've been offered two preschool teaching positions. 15 four year olds or 12 three year olds. What would you pick?

They should all be potty trained by that point, able to sit still for longer periods (although still not that long), and be more verbal. Every milestone my son reaches makes him that much easier to parent.

That's not an acceptable student/teacher ratio for those ages. I wouldn't work there.

Honestly I don't see much of a difference. My child was equally bad at 3 and 4, lol.
