Just stop!

My mother is pissing me off. Anytime she comes over she goes on and on about how I'm spoiling my seven week old. I don't believe that a 7 week old can be spoiled, and I don't feel that checking on a fussing child to see if they are wet, cold, gas bubble, or hungry is spoiling. I don't hold her all the time, but do love to cuddle her. I breastfeed (sometimes pump sometimes breast since I have casual work) she eats about every 3 or 4 hours. Her solution? Only feed a bottle at night and add rice... my daughter is only 7 weeks old!!!! I'm just beyond flustered with her unsolisted child raising advice. I have two kids of my own and do foster care. I think I'm doing just fine.
I did these things with all my children.
I finally snapped and told her to just stay home if she doesn't appreciate my parenting skills since asking calmly to stop doesn't help. I honestly don't know what else to do.

You can't spoil an infant. You are right here.

Yea at that age, babies are crying for a reason. Not for attention. Just keep doing what you are doing mama.
