For those who don't like how I grieve.

I've slept all day today. I woke up feeling sick. Hooray depression. I'm trying to eat toast and drink some juice to give myself energy before DD gets home. I just don't want to do anything today. I found his wallet last night. I went through it and curled up to cry myself to sleep. I woke up feeling like shit today.

So I too grieve. I just don't let it take over. Hopefully tomorrow will be better.

There is no set way for a person to grieve. We all grieve differently. So you do you, and fuck what others may think.

I think that your emotions will be up and down for a long time dear. Do not concern yourself with the opinions of others. They have no clue how THEY would deal with such a loss. They can only guess and make judgements. How sad for them. They must not have enough to occupy themselves if they are offended by the way your grieving.

I wouldn't explain one iota of this to any of these women.
Your grieving is personal and owes no explanation.
