I work at the the apartment place and my tenants has been 3 months behind on rent and will not renew the lease and she's a single mom of a disabled son and her only income is her son's social security and she said his social security got reduced. Well I can't let them go behind any further and have no choice but to put an eviction notice. It's hard for me to do but I need to work on doing my job and I'm currently a single mom myself living with my disabled dad and my son received child support from his father until he lost his job . I have to work to support my son.

It's your job and I'm sure she will understand. Or at least she should. She can't expect you or anyone else to bend the rules for her, that much.

You can only do so much. It's not personal.

You gotta do what ya gotta do. Her sons benefits being reduced isn't your problem. She needs to find a place with cheaper rent.
