Need a bigger vehicle that isn't a minivan!!

My BF has 3 kids and I have 1 all from previous marriages. Just found out I'm pregnant. Both of us have smaller SUVs that only seat 5 so anywhere we go together we have to take 2 cars. Neither one of us want a minivan. Also we like to go camping and obviously need room to put gear, plus the evac kit that stays in the car.

Obviously great gas mileage would be a plus.

The Acura MDX we had was with 3 rows of seats. We took it camping and whatnot. But there is only 3 sometimes 4 of us and a dog when we go.

I have a Chevy Suburban and I love it. Can seat 9 with lots of trunk space.

Not a passenger van then. Which facilitates all but good gas mileage. I have 6 kids and love my Nissan. I had an extended Expedition before my two Nissan' s.

Don't turn your nose at the minivan. You might find that you like it. We have a Dodge Grand Caravan and it's been a good vehicle for us. The seats fold down and it has good gas mileage.

Best thing to do is go to the car lots. Look and see what they have. Look at space and what you feel you will need. We never wanted a mini van but we ended up with one. It was what was best for us. I love my mini van. They have different options for cars, trucks and vans.
