I am trying to figure out what licenses would I need to open that type of business but I can't find anything specific to the business type, just normal licenses needed for any type of store.

Anyone who could help me out?

Thanks!

If you are this ignorant you shouldn't be opening a store in the first place.

What do you think I have been doing for days? I can't find anything specific. Everything is General like if I was selling hotel supplies or shoes. That's why I'm asking

Really?

Yes, I'm ignorant because I don't have specific knowledge in that specific area, so I'm looking to gain knowledge to stop being ignorant in the matter.

Sadly, there is no fix for stupid.

Go to your local court house or the main business bureau or something along those lines. They should be able to lead you to the right direction.

You're best bet is emailing the department in your state that issues the licenses. Dh has a contracting business and there are a lot of rules and regualtions that aren't clearly outlined online. Also, a lot is up to interpretation. That's why I like email so there is a paper trail of who told you what. Has kept us out of trouble more than once.
