What would you think if your DH did this?

Today I just mentioned the story of how he didn't believe me that I saw a mouse go under the fridge. He saw it soon after I did after I asked him to move the fridge.

He said he didn't believe me because I lie all the time. This just blew me away! I HATE lies! I hate being lied to. I asked him what I lie about. He really could not tell me.

Wtf? So weird!

I'd think he bumped his head or something.

This came out of nowhere? All of a sudden you're a serial liar?

Mine wouldn't.

I can't believe how some of the spouses on here speak to each other sometimes.

We'll he wouldn't say that so I'm not sure how I would react. If he couldn't give examples, I would ask him why he said it and tell him how it made me feel. But I really can't imagine him ever saying that.

I would think he didn't know me at all.

We call each other liars all the time, it would be no biggie if it were mine.

My husband wouldn't say something like that. He would have moved the fridge as soon as I said I saw it.

Sounds like something my ex would have said to me. Part of the reason he is my ex. My DF would never say something like that and if I saw a mouse he'd be hunting for it. We had those boogers a couple of years ago and it was a pain in the ass.

I can't see my husband doing this. He would definitely move the fridge. Even if we didn't find the mouse, he wouldn't think I'm lying. Who lies about a mouse?

My husband wouldn't have to asked to move the fridge. If he saw one or I told him I did, he'd be on it immediately.
