Lose some weight.
I'm 5'5", I weigh 163. I am not fat, I am curvy with a big booty, boobs and thighs. I talked to my gynecologist about this, she told me that weight loss is 70% what you eat and only 30% exercise.

I don't like things like fish, carrots, broccoli, cauliflower..

What are some good things that I can eat to help boost weight loss that's not disgusting? Anything? I'd like to get to 130 I think, but I'd like to also keep my curves.. Is that possible?

You can eat what you eat now but less of it.

Get a food scale and log everything into MyFitnessPal. You'd be surprised how it all adds up.

Myfitnesspal is amazing. It's the only thing that has helped me motivate myself.

You don't have to eat fish to lose weight.

* Try to cut out as much processed foods as possible.

* Cut out sugary drinks and sodas and increase water.

* Lean proteins and reduce carbs and switch to complex carbs

* Vegetables and fruit!

I actually have a list of how I meal plan. You could use this as a guide and just avoid column 3. Seriously, it is a very easy way to get lean pretty quickly (and break a sugar addiction if that is part of it). Here:

Just do lean meats(chicken breast trimmed, lean beef, turkey), reduce your portion sizes, cut down your sugar intake if you eat a lot of it, and eat as much fruits and veggies as possible. That way you still eat what you like, but maybe add more of the healthier things you do like.

Also, try things you don't like, cooked in new ways. I never liked cauliflower fresh like my mom had us eat in salad. But I love it roasted with oil, salt and pepper(and maybe a touch of garlic powder).

I tried that app and couldn't really figure it out. My phone sucks. So that could be the issue. ):
