Zero motivation

Just dropped the kids off at school and I have zero motivation for anything. I need to unload the dishwasher, do laundry, clean the bathrooms, and the floor. That's just to start. Yet I'm tired and don't really want to do anything. Ugh.

Anybody else just not feeling it today?

I went out for breakfast instead of going home and doing all the shit that needs to get done.

When I feel like that are usually take a short nap and that helps a lot I tend to get more done then.

I never have motivation to clean. It is my least favorite thing to do. I've found what helps me is to take timed breaks. Clean for an hour (or whatever amount of time) and then take a 15 minute break. I make sure I set a timer because it gets me up and moving again.

I work from home. I'm so behind on work but I am finding it more and more difficult to DO anything. The house is a wreck and a half. Zzzz

I won't get back up. Lately if I lay down I can't get up in less than 4 hours.

My house is hacked too. We've been remodeling so I just don't have enough time to do it all. That's why today is catch up day. Then I have to work.

I feel the same way. I'm about to get another cup of coffee and hope it helps.

Those mundane chores are the pits. Reward yourself when they're all done.
