With this room? The hot tub is broken and has to be cut up and taken out. I'm standing in a doorway behind me is the family room and the other side of the door across is a screened in porch.
I'm at a loss-we can't afford another hot tub.

I know, first world problem.

That's an idea. My dh is always bitching about the Xbox volume. Plus it won't tie up a tv.

I'd really hate to get rid of that hot tub. Any way it can be fixed for a reasonable price?

Turn it into a family theater.

We homeschool so if I had a bonus space, it would be turned into a work space.

No it's got an 'in foam' leak. It's gotta be taken out of the stupid hole it's in and the sides taken off. It's bigger than the door! The previous owners literally built the room around it.
Plus-with it sunk in the floor like that it counts as a bathroom fixture which ups my property taxes
.

There are so many other things we need to do. We just put new windows in this past February and are getting a new front door the end of June.
The upstairs needs new carpet-I was holding out for hardwood but it's too expensive. And with a dog-I wouldn't want him going down wood stairs-so minimally it'd need a runner.
