Stressed about rent

I am a teacher and also a single mom to my 9 yr old son. I make about 45k a year (50k if I get all ordered child support and I get selected to teach summer school). I had an awesome deal on rent but just found it's getting raised to $1650 a month for a 2 bedroom 1 bath place. I'm searching for others nearby but the cheapest i can find is $1500 for a 1 bedroom and that is too expensive. There is just no way that I can swing such an expense. The only debt I have is student loans but with utilities, gas, groceries, student loan, necessities for my class, plus clothes/shoes when ds grows I'm screwed.

You may have to pick up a couple of waitressing shifts.

I'm looking into our local brewery to see if they will be flexible with my schedule. No point in working extra if it all goes to daycare
