This is only a vent! I don't care for your advice because everything I have tried DOES NOT WORK!
My son is almost 4 years old. From the moment he wakes up, which is at like 5:30, he is constantly whining, screeching, screaming, fucking something in that nature.
No matter what you fucking do, take his tots away, put him in the room, the corner, spanking, ignore him, he gets fucking louder. No fucking matter what. He thinks it's so damn funny and cute. I DO NOT like my son. I love him very much though, but this whining, crying shit just triggers something in my head that just drives me absolutely crazy. It's a noise I just cannot stand. Ugh vent over!

yikes. I am so sorry, OP.
I won't bother to offer advice on what I'd do in your situation, but wanted to remind you he most likely will outgrow the whining shit by the time he goes to high school. :p

But he's getting attention for it. You flip out and react to it all day long. Negative attention is still attention. Plus, you aren't consistent in your responses.
You need to continue conversations about proper voice and tone and then ignore him until he complies.
I have a whiner too, I get it. There are days I want to tear my ears off but I constantly instruct him on "no whining", "I can't understand you when you screech", etc. It's getting better but is work.
Does he do it with everyone or just you? Is he in preschool?
