At what age did you start hitting menopause?

Im 37. I have my tubes tied.
Have been noticing my periods have been starting late
This month im 3 days late.

I went in to surgically induced menopause when I had a radical hysterectomy at age 34

I bypassed menopause and went post menopausal in a matter of hours when I was 36, I had my ovaries removed.

47 when I started peri-menopause. I still have periods, but they are less predictable, less intense, & shorter now. It started with hot flashes & night sweats.
Because the women in my family tend to go bat shit crazy during menopause, I'm hyper aware of what's happening to my moods, temperment & body. I'm not doing hormone replacement because it tends to go HORRIBLY wrong with women in my family. In talking with older female relatives, I found that going thru it "naturally" was the best way to handle it. Also the women in my family are typically done by 50. I'll be 49 this year.

I'm 42 and have not started yet.

Now, some times I get my period 2 x's a month, the cramps are hell and I'm either freezing or hot as heck.
It started when I was about 46.
