Anyone have a kid that was diagnosed when they were 13 or 14?

If so, did you put them on meds?

I was 15. It was years ago we tried a few meds but back then nothing worked well. I struggled through, but it was REALLY hard. Im really but, but I struggle with irganization and keeping focus.
ADD/AdHd meds are SO well tested now. They are in & out and you'll see a difference withon 3-4 days if they're effective.
I would definitely look into it.
I graduated with my masters and undergrad from a decent school, but I wonder how much better I would have done with all the med options today.

My DD (15) has been diagnosed as ADHD.
She is not on meds through the summer but will be starting them when school starts to help her keep focused.
