My dd 7 keeps bugging me. What's for dinner? I'm bored. Can I do this? Can I do that? Won't sit down. Ugh she's getting on my nerves right now. I'm about to send this annoying child to her room until dinner.

I pick up extra work throughout the summer, my kids love coming with me. They make some money and we get some exercise.

Put a BORED board up on the fridge and refer to that when she says she's bored:

B: Be creative
O:play Outside
R: read a book
E: excercise
D: do something helpful

If she doesn't want to do any of those, make her do chores.
