Thinking of coloring my dds hair

She wants to color it. She's 7, has dark brown hair. I'm unsure. I would only do under her hair not the full head like I've seen some girls have at her school. She's going into second grade. It's not against dress code. She wants it a dark blue

I would start with a temp color and make sure she still likes it after a while.

As long as she won't get in trouble for it and it's what she wants go for it. She's only young once and it's easier to have weird colored hair when your young and not like looking for a job.

No hair color is permanent. Where is best to get some?
