Why keep having kids if you can't afford them and are on public assistance?

They were raised to think that PA is normal and also younger people are a lot more entitled these days.    I have a 20 yr old dd and I raised her to be responsible, but I can see how irresponsible many of her friends have been and they think nothing of it.

Why keep asking the same question over and over?

This is very true. I had my kids and got assistance bc I knew I could AND that I was going to better my life to not need it. I also do acts of kindness for others.

The only assistance I ever received was for my foster child before I realized it wasn't required. Them we stopped getting it.

I agree.   I have a working college student as well.   She refuses to give up her job, even though it is stressful and we told her she did not have to work now. She was working 2 jobs the beginning of last semester as well.      I just don't understand the useless trash out there today.   As long as they know it is there, they will not stop being irresponsible.
