How do you respond to tmi about someone's sexual habits?

i either say nothing and walk away or say yeah, i don't wanna hear that.

I would simply say, "tmi." That way the person would know I felt they gave me too much information.

This.  With people like that, the direct approach is usually best.  So, just call them on it.  "Wow.  Overshare much? Seriously, people don't want to hear that stuff."  Then walk away.

Let's say they were persistent on telling.

Then I would be persistent in telling them I did not want to hear it. If they ignored my request then I would refuse to spend time with them. Personally, I'm having trouble seeing why this is hard to figure out.

Your stop seeing them. Dh did this with a now ex friend. When the man left his wife he became a real pig and would try and overshare his new dating experiences.

I never said I was trying to figure it out. My question was clearly listed on the post, if you paid any attention.
