When it's raining and you're driving...

Do you use your headlights? My DH and I went to a produce stand today in NJ and while we were on our way it started pouring. I'm talking low visibility, grey skies, someone turned the faucet on full blast rain. I couldn't believe how many cars didn't have their headlights on. They may have had their running lights on but when you turn your headlights on your tail lights come on too making it easier for the person behind you to see you. To me it just makes sense.

I think in my state it's a law. If it's raining and your wipers are on your lights need to be on.

Mine are automatic.  I don't really touch them anymore. Seems like they come on relatively early though.

It's law here that you have to, but it's shocking how many people still don't.  People just don't have their head in the game when they drive.  They are thinking about everything but driving.

It's the law but my car lights are set to automatic so they're always on while driving.

It's state law in MN to turn on your headlights when using your windshield wipers due to weather.

So, yes, I turn them on even though I have daytime running lights.
